乳腺癌患者预立医疗照护计划认知态度现状及影响因素研究OA

Objective To identify factors affecting breast cancer patients'attitudes toward advance care planning(ACP)based on the Ottawa decision support framework,and provide evidence for clinical interventions.Methods A total of 417 hospitalized breast cancer patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2025 to January 2026 were selected as study subjects.The ACP questionnaire,attitudes toward death scale,family resilience scale,health literacy scale,and treatment burden scale were employed for assessment.The influencing factors were analyzed across three dimensions:perceptions of decision-making,key interpersonal factors,and awareness of health-related issues.Results ACP attitude score was(46.82±19.90)points.Time since diagnosis awareness,death attitude,treatment burden,family resilience,relatives/friends'life-sustaining treatment experience,and health literacy were key influencing factors(P<0.05),explaining 48%of total variance.The three dimensions contributed additional explanatory power of 29.6%,1.2%,and 6.0%,respectively.Conclusion Breast cancer patients exhibit a moderately high level of ACP attitude,which significantly influences their perspectives on decision-making and understanding of health-related issues,whereas the attitudes and behaviors of significant others have relatively limited impact.It is essential to enhance ACP education,promote a correct understanding of death,and increase social support to improve ACP participation rates.
