育龄女性生育力保存行动意向及其影响因素研究OA

Objective To identify risk factors associated with ovarian health in women of childbearing age and the factors influencing their intentions regarding fertility preservation.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in November 2025 using a structured questionnaire among 283 women of childbearing age in Nanning.A structural equation model(SEM)was constructed to test the direct and indirect effects of health belief model(HBM)constructs on behavioral intention,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the independent influencing factors.Results A total of 256 valid questionnaires were collected,with a validity rate of 90%,with a rate of ovarian function/fertility-related examinations within the past year at 32.4%.SEM path analysis revealed that perceived susceptibility,perceived benefits,and self-efficacy exerted significant positive effects on behavioral intention.Multivariate linear regression analysis confirmed that perceived susceptibility,perceived benefits,and self-efficacy remained significantly positively correlated with behavioral intention.Conclusion The rate of ovarian function/fertility-related examinations among women of childbearing age has been low over the past year.Among the psychological factors in the HBM,self-efficacy,perceived susceptibility,and perceived benefits are key determinants in shaping intentions toward fertility preservation actions.Benefits and barriers indirectly influence these intentions to some extent through self-efficacy.
