有毒中药抗肿瘤的毒性调控:"有故无殒"理论与现代分析技术的协同研究OA
Toxicity regulation of toxic Chinese medicines in antitumor therapy:an integrated study of the"You Gu Wu Yun"theory and modern analytical techniques
当前全球癌症负担持续加重,中医药在肿瘤治疗领域显示了独特的效果,但有毒中药应用不当事件时有发生,影响了有毒中药的使用.本文基于"有故无殒"理论探讨如何安全合理使用有毒中药治疗肿瘤."有故无殒"理论源于《黄帝内经》对妇人妊娠期用药的阐述,其核心思想"有病病受之",在后世医家的不断实践中演变成临床用药原则.基于此理论,有毒中药应用于临床抗肿瘤治疗时,应以毒攻毒、以偏纠偏、辨证培中、中病即止.现代分析技术的发展为中药定量毒理学、功能代谢组学等研究提供了技术支持,为深入理解有毒中药抗肿瘤机制及其临床应用和安全性评估提供了新的思路和方法.
The global burden of cancer continues to escalate.Although traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demon-strated unique efficacy in oncology,the inappropriate use of toxic Chinese medicines occurs occasionally,compromising their clinical application.This article explores the safe and rational use of toxic Chinese medicines in cancer treatment based on the"You Gu Wu Yun"theory.Originating from the Huang Di Nei Jing(The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic),this theory was initially articulated in the context of medication use during pregnancy.Its core principle,"you bing bing shou zhi"(meaning the disease bears the brunt of the drug's impact),has evolved into a clinical medication principle through the continuous practice of later generations of physicians.Based on this theory,when toxic Chinese medicines are used in antitumor therapy,they should be applied according to the following principles:"fighting poison with poison","cor-recting imbalances with potent agents",differentiating syndromes while reinforcing the middle energizer,and discontinuing medication once the therapeutic effect is achieved.Advances in modern analytical techniques have provided technical sup-port for studies such as quantitative toxicology of Chinese medicine and functional metabolomics,thereby offering new in-sights and methods for deepening the understanding of the antitumor mechanisms of toxic Chinese medicines,as well as their clinical application and safety evaluation.
