艾灸联合敷脐治疗癌性腹水患者的疗效分析OA
Efficacy analysis of moxibustion therapy combined with umbilical application in patients with malignant ascites
目的:观察艾灸联合扶正消水方敷脐对癌性腹水患者的影响.方法:共纳入84例癌性腹水患者.将患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组,每组42例.对照组患者采用扶正消水方敷脐治疗,联合组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用艾灸治疗.共治疗4周.治疗后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、腹水疗效及体质量疗效,观察腹围、生活质量及日均尿量的变化情况.结果:治疗后,两组临床总有效率、腹水疗效及体质量总有效率均有统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),联合组三项疗效均优于对照组.治疗前,两组腹围及卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者腹围均减小(P<0.01),KPS评分均升高(P<0.01),联合组两项指标均优于对照组.治疗期间两组日均尿量均显著升高(P<0.05),且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:艾灸联合扶正消水方敷脐治疗癌性腹水的疗效优于敷脐单独使用;前者可显著减少腹水,降低腹围,改善患者体质量与生存质量.
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of moxibustion therapy combined with umbilical application of Fu Zheng Xiao Shui(strengthening healthy Qi and eliminating edema)formula in patients with malignant ascites. Methods:A total of 84 patients diagnosed with malignant ascites were enrolled in this research.The subjects were randomly divided into a control group and a combined group using a random number table,with 42 patients per group.Patients in the control group received umbilical application of Fu Zheng Xiao Shui formula alone,while patients in the combined group received the same treatment plus moxibustion therapy.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical total effective rate,ascites control efficacy,and body mass response rate were compared between the two groups.Changes in the abdominal circumference,quality of life,and daily urine output were observed and recorded. Results:Statistically significant differences were found in the clinical total effective rate,ascites control efficacy,and body mass response rate between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05),with the combined group showing superior outcomes in all three measures.Before treatment,no statistically significant differences in the abdominal circumference and Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score were observed between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in the abdominal circumference(P<0.01)and significant increases in the KPS score(P<0.01);the combined group achieved better results than the control group in these two measures.Daily urine output increased significantly in both groups during treatment(P<0.05),with the combined group showing a higher output(P<0.05). Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with umbilical application of Fu Zheng Xiao Shui formula exerts better therapeutic effects than the umbilical application alone for malignant ascites.This combined therapy can effectively alleviate ascites,reduce abdominal circumference,and improve body mass response and quality of life in the patients.
