乡村片区组团发展的内涵、模式与政策OA

Promoting rural revitalization through orderly classification and regional development is a new strategy deployed by the CPC Central Committee based on the new stage of urban and rural development.Rural cluster is an innovative path for Zhejiang to deepen the"Green Rural Revival Program"and promote comprehensive rural revitalization.This article systematically analyzed the origin,connotation,and core logic of rural cluster development in Zhejiang,and innovatively summarized five typical models of rural cluster development:benchmarking+resource radiation,industrial integration+chain extension,factor agglomeration+platform empowerment,cultural activation+heritage empowerment,and subject collaboration+market operation.The study proposed a policy system framework encompassing factor guarantee,financial support,mechanism innovation,industrial support,and public service.
