时空观视角下心络病辨治理论探赜OA

Exploration on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart collateral disease from the spatiotemporal perspective

心络病涵盖高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭等心血管疾病.传统中医治法多忽略其时空恒动特性,辨治体系有待完善.文章融合时空观与"三维立体网络系统"理论,系统探析心络的时空特性,阐明心络病发展过程中的鲜明时间特性与空间结构异常,提出以"时空通络"治疗心络病,并确立循节律因时通络、按空间序贯通络的具体治法.形成心络病时空辨治思路,为其中医诊疗提供理论指导.

Heart collateral disease encompasses cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,and heart failure.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)methods of treatment have largely overlooked its constant spatiotemporal dynamic nature,and its diagnostic and therapeutic system remains to be improved.This paper integrates the spatiotemporal perspective with the theory of'three-dimensional stereoscopic network system'to systematically analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics of heart collaterals,expounds the distinct temporal features and abnormalities in spatial structure during the progression of heart collateral disease,proposes'spatiotemporal unblocking of collaterals' as the core treatment principle for heart collateral disease,and establishes specific methods of treatment:unblocking collaterals according to rhythmic temporal patterns and unblocking collaterals based on spatial sequence.Thus,it forms a spatiotemporal syndrome differentiation and treatment approach for heart collateral disease,providing theoretical guidance for its TCM diagnosis and treatment.
