名老中医学术经验活态传承的三维路径探析OA

The academic experience of distinguished veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)embodies thousands of years of accumulated wisdom in TCM.Although currently receiving significant attention,its inheritance remains constrained by bottlenecks such as insufficient in-depth exploration,weak application and transformation,and high disciplinary barriers.To address these issues,this paper proposes a three-dimensional upgrade path:First,'digging deeper':focusing on the explication of tacit knowledge and systematization of theoretical essence,thereby consolidating the foundation of inheritance through structuralization and standardization.Second,'advancing to a higher level':promoting the evidence-based transformation of veteran doctors' experience and the construction of clinical pathways,empowering breakthroughs in difficult and complicated diseases,precision intervention,and'preventive treatment'practices,thus unlocking greater clinical value.Third,'branching wider'deeply integrating cutting-edge tools such as artificial intelligence,big data,multi-omics,and evidence-based medicine to solve inheritance problems through cross-disciplinary synergy.The coordinated efforts of this three-dimensional upgrade path aim to drive a triple transition in the experience of distinguished veteran doctors:from'personal possession'to'collective wisdom',from'static preservation'to'dynamic application',and from'empirical medicine'to a new paradigm'featuring both evidence-based and precision approaches',thereby constructing a dynamically evolving public knowledge base and providing core momentum for the inheritance,innovation,and development of TCM.
