中医古籍医案传承的现存问题与解决策略OA
Current challenges and strategies for the inheritance of ancient Chinese medical case records
中医古籍医案是传承中医药的重要载体,然而目前的传承方式存在数字化程度不高、研究方法不完善、隐性知识挖掘、疗效评价体系以及学科合作等方面存在一系列问题.笔者深入分析古籍医案传承存在的问题和原因,从古籍医案的保护和数字化、研究方法创新、隐性知识挖掘方法、疗效评价体系以及跨学科合作与资源共享的角度阐述古籍医案传承的方法,为全面推动中医古籍医案的有效传承与创新发展提供理论支持.
Ancient Chinese medical case records serve as crucial carriers for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.However,current inheritance practices face significant challenges,including low levels of digitization,inadequate research methodologies,limited exploration of tacit knowledge,the absence of standardized efficacy evaluation systems,and insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration.This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the issues and underlying causes hindering the inheritance of ancient medical case records.It explores strategies for their preservation and digitization,innovations in research methodologies,approaches to uncovering tacit knowledge,the establishment of comprehensive efficacy evaluation systems,and the enhancement of interdisciplinary cooperation and resource sharing.These findings aim to provide a theoretical foundation for advancing the effective inheritance and innovative development of ancient Chinese medical case records.
