随着生物医药产业的快速发展,传统教学模式和理念难以满足生物制药专业高级应用型人才培养的需求.基因工程作为生物制药专业本科教学中的核心课程之一,在人才培养中占有重要地位.基于"构思—设计—实施—运行"和"成果导向教育"融合的理念对"基因工程"课程进行设计,该课程以能力产出为核心,紧密围绕生物制药产业需求,采用模块化教学及"目标导向+项目驱动+闭环反馈"的教学模式,旨在提升课程的实践性、创新性和社会适应性.同时通过多元化的评价体系,持续优化课程内容和教学方法,培养适应社会发展和行业需求的高素质人才.

With the rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry,traditional teaching modes and concepts are unable to meet the needs of advanced applied talents in the biopharmaceutical field.Genetic Engineering,as a core course in undergraduate teaching of biopharmaceuticals,plays an important role in talent cultivation.Based on the concept of integrating"conceive-design-implement-operate"and"outcome-based education",the"Genetic Engineering"course was designed.This course focuses on the output of abilities,closely aligning with the demands of the biopharmaceutical in-dustry.It adopts a modular teaching approach and a teaching model of"goal-oriented+project-driven+closed-loop feedback",aiming to enhance the practicality,innovation,and social adaptabil-ity of the course.At the same time,through a diversified evaluation system,the course content and teaching methods are continuously optimized to cultivate high-quality talents who are adaptable to so-cial development and industry demands.
