皮肤性病学智慧教学模式探索与实践OA
Exploration and practice of intelligent teaching mode in Dermatovenerology
目的 针对传统皮肤性病学教学中存在的理论与实践脱节、学生参与度低及个性化教学不足等问题,探索一种融合人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)、翻转课堂(flipped classroom,FC)与团队基础学习(team-based learning,TBL)的新型教学模式,并评估其应用效果.方法 选取深圳大学临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,试验组采用DeepSeek AI辅助的FC-TBL联合教学法,对照组采用传统讲授法.通过期末考核成绩、随堂测验正确率及课堂参与度等量化指标,并结合质性访谈,综合评价教学改革效果.结果 试验组在期末考核平均成绩、临床病例分析准确率、课堂互动时间占比及预习完成率等方面均高于对照组(均P<0.01).质性分析表明,新型教学模式能有效促进学生信息素养、自主学习、批判性思维与团队协作等多维能力协同发展,显著增强其学习效能感与内在驱动力.结论 DeepSeek AI辅助的FC-TBL联合教学法可有效提升皮肤性病学的教学质量,促进学生临床思维能力和自主学习能力的培养,为医学教育数字化改革提供了有益参考.
Objective To address issues in traditional Dermatovenerology education such as the disconnection between theory and practice,low student engagement,and insufficient personalized instruction,this study explores a novel teaching mode that integrates artificial intelligence(AI),flipped classroom(FC),and team-based learning(TBL),and evaluates its application outcomes.Methods Undergraduates majoring in Clinical Medicine from Shenzhen University were selected as researc objects.The experimental group adopted the DeepSeek AI-assisted FC-TBL integrated teach-ing method,while the control group received traditional lecture-based instruction.The effectiveness of the teaching reform was comprehensively evaluated through quantitative indicators such as final exam scores,in-class quiz accuracy rates,classroom participation and student satisfaction question-naires,supplemented by qualitative interviews.Results The experimental group significantly outper-formed the control group in average final exam scores,accuracy rates in clinical case analysis,propor-tion of classroom interaction time,and pre-class preparation completion rate(all P<0.01).Qualitative analysis indicated that the novel teaching mode effectively promoted the synergistic development of students'multi-dimensional competencies,including information literacy,self-directed learning,criti-cal thinking,and teamwork,while significantly enhanced their sense of learning efficacy and intrinsic motivation.Conclusion The DeepSeek AI-assisted FC-TBL integerated teaching method effectively enhances the quality of Dermatovenerology education,improves students'clinical thinking skills and self-directed learning abilities,and provides meaningful insights for the digital transformation of medi-cal education.
