中外人工智能赋能个性化学习研究的可视化比较分析及启示OA

A visual comparative analysis and insights on domestic and international research on AI-enabled personalized learning

本研究运用CiteSpace对中外人工智能赋能个性化学习研究进行可视化比较分析.基于北大核心、CSSCI期刊文献与SSCI文献,系统探究中外研究的异同.研究发现:在研究热点上,中外均聚焦人工智能核心技术与个性化学习目标,但国内侧重宏观理念与传统教学融合,国外聚焦前沿技术与垂直应用;在热点主题上,中外均围绕核心驱动力、关键应用、教育范式与伦理价值展开,但国内强调背景赋能与教育公平,国外关注技术原理与伦理价值;在演进趋势上,国外路径连贯,历经设计、建模、深化三阶段,国内路径更具跳跃性,从技术萌芽经数据驱动至理念整合与前沿拓展.基于此,我国未来应推动宏观与微观研究的融合,加强对核心技术的深耕,构建多主体协同治理体系,促进该领域高质量与本土化发展.

This study employs CiteSpace to conduct a visual comparative analysis of domestic and international research on AI-enabled personalized learning.Based on literature from Peking Uni-versity core journals,CSSCI journals,and SSCI journals,it systematically explores the similarities and differences between Chinese and international research.The findings reveal that in terms of re-search hotspots,both domestic and international studies focus on AI-driven technological foundations and personalized learning objectives;however,domestic research emphasizes macro concepts and inte-gration with traditional teaching,while international research focuses on cutting-edge technology and targeted applications.Regarding hotspot themes,both center on four aspects:core driving forces,key applications,educational paradigms,and ethical values;yet domestic research stresses contextual em-powerment and educational equity,while international research focuses on technical principles and ethical values.In evolutionary trends,the international path is more coherent,progressing through de-sign,modeling,and deepening stages,whereas the domestic path is more discontinuous,moving from technological emergence through data-driven approaches to conceptual integration and frontier expansion.Based on this,China's future direction should promote the integration of macro and micro research,deepen core technology cultivation,build a multi-stakeholder collaborative governance sys-tem,and foster high-quality and localized development in this field.
