缩泉丸加味联合乳果糖治疗肾阳虚型便秘患者的效果OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Suoquan Pills combined with Lactulose in the treatment of patients with constipation of kidney-Yang deficiency type.Method:A total of 80 patients with constipation of kidney-Yang deficiency type admitted to Ganzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2024 to August 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine basic treatment,the control group was additionally treated with Lactulose,and the observation group was given modified Suoquan Pills on the basis of the control group,with a continuous treatment course of 4 cycles(7 days per cycle).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,clinical symptoms(defecation frequency,defecation duration per time,stool character)before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of dry and hard stool,difficult defecation,aversion to cold and cold limbs,soreness and weakness of waist and knees as well as the total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the defecation frequency was more than that in the control group,the defecation duration per time was shorter than that in the control group,and the stool character was better than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Suoquan Pills combined with Lactulose can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and clinical symptoms of patients with constipation of kidney-Yang deficiency type,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has high safety.
