百令胶囊联合达格列净治疗糖尿病肾病的效果及安全性OA

Objective:To observe the application effect of Bailing Capsules combined with Dapagliflozin in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Jintai Hospital of Baoji City from March 2023 to October 2025 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dapagliflozin,while the observation group was treated with Bailing Capsules combined with Dapagliflozin.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The therapeutic effects,renal function,proteinuria,inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of 24-hour urinary total protein quantitation(24-hour UTP),urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio(UACR),IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,Scr,and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bailing Capsules combined with Dapagliflozin can effectively improve the renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy,alleviate proteinuria,and relieve the inflammatory response of the body,with good safety.
