瘀浊清方联合穴位贴敷治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果OA

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yuzhuoqing Formula combined with acupoint application in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 100 patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease who visited Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to September 2025 were included.They were randomly divided into the conventional group(conventional treatment)and the treatment group(on the basis of conventional group,added Yuzhuoqing Formula combined with acupoint application)by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment lasts for 4 weeks.The clinical therapeutic effects,episodes of angina pectoris attacks,cardiac function indicators and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in the treatment group was less than that in the conventional group,and the duration of a single was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the treatment group was higher than that in the conventional group,while the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were smaller than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yuzhuoqing Formula combined with acupoint application in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease can not only effectively reduce the frequency and severity of angina pectoris attacks,but also significantly improve the cardiac function status of patients.Moreover,it has a relatively high safety level in clinical application.
