天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压早期肾损害的临床效果OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treating early renal damage of hypertension and its influence on urine microalbumin(mALB).Method:A total of 80 patients with early renal damage of hypertension who were admitted to Suizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Hubei University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects,the time period was from April 2024 to January 2025.Randomized divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group(n=40)was treated with modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Blood pressure,urine mALB,β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),traditional Chinese medicine syndromes scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the SBP,DBP,urine mALB,urine β2-MG,UACR and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on conventional western medicine treatment the addition of Modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction has a remarkable effect in patients with early renal damage of hypertension,which can effectively lower blood pressure,reduce the excretion of urinary mALB,alleviate traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and has a relatively high safety.
