糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者中的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the effects of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on serum inflammatory factors and nasal airway resistance(NAR)in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)after nasal endoscopic surgery.Method:A total of 120 patients with CRS after nasal endoscopic surgery who were admitted to Leping People's Hospital from June 2023 to November 2025 were selected and divided into control group(with conventional postoperative treatment)and observation group(with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray added to the control group)by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory factors,nasal ventilation function indicators,nasal mucus ciliary clearance rate and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The runny nose disappear time,nasal mucosa edema subside time,and olfactory function recover time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),CRP and NAR in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the nasal cavity volume(NCV),nasal minimal cross-sectional area(NMCA)and nasal mucus ciliary clearance rate increased compared to before treatment,those in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with routine treatment is safe and effective for patients with CRS after nasal endoscopic surgery,which can relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve nasal ventilation function.
