芪冬颐心颗粒联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭的效果OA
The Effect of Qidong Yixin Granules Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Heart Failure
目的:研究芪冬颐心颗粒联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭的效果.方法:选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四三医院 2022 年 3 月—2025 年 7 月收治的 150 例老年冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭患者.根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组 75 例.对照组予以沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用芪冬颐心颗粒治疗,两组均持续治疗 3 个月.比较两组的临床疗效、心功能指标、心肌损伤标志物、中医证候积分及不良反应发生率.结果:相较于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05).治疗前,两组心功能指标、心肌损伤标志物、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末内径(LVESD)更小,B型利钠肽(BNP)、N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平及心悸、胸闷或胸痛、气短积分更低,左心室射血分数(LVEF)更高(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:芪冬颐心颗粒联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年冠心病伴慢性心力衰竭,可缓解临床症状,改善心功能,减轻心肌损伤,且安全性高.
Objective:To study the effect of Qidong Yixin Granules combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 150 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure who were admitted to the 943rd Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from March 2022 to July 2025 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium,while the observation group was treated with Qidong Yixin Granules in combination with the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators,myocardial injury markers,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in cardiac function indicators,myocardial injury markers,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had smaller left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),lower levels of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),and lower scores of palpitations,chest tightness or chest pain,and shortness of breath,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Qidong Yixin Granules and Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure can relieve clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function,reduce myocardial damage,and has high safety.
