维立西呱联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗射血分数降低型心力衰竭的临床效果OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Vericiguat combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsules in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Method:A total of 200 patients with HFrEF admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Zhangye from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups received standard quadruple drug therapy.The control group was additionally treated with Vericiguat based on the standard treatment,while the observation group was treated with Qili Qiangxin Capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment course for both groups was 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators,quality of life,exercise tolerance,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the 6-minute walking distance was longer than that of the control group,the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)was less than that of the control group,and the N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and the score of the Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Vericiguat and Qili Qiangxin Capsules can further improve the clinical symptoms,cardiac function,and quality of life of patients with HFrEF,enhance exercise tolerance,and has a good safety profile.
