缬沙坦、达格列净联合尿毒清颗粒治疗Ⅲ或Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的效果与安全性OA

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Valsartan,Dapagliflozin combined with Niaoduqing Granules in the treatment of stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy.Method:The clinical data of 150 patients with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy admitted to Fujian Provincial Geriatric Hospital from January 2022 to October 2025 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups through different treatment methods,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Valsartan combined with Dapagliflozin,while the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing Granules on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 12 consecutive weeks.The renal function indicators,symptom disappearance time,blood pressure levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR)and 24-hour urine protein quantification in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of soreness and weakness of the waist and knees,fatigue,limb edema and increased nocturia in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group achieved lower blood pressure level compared with the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference in adverse reaction rates was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan,Dapagliflozin combined with Niaoduqing Granules in the treatment of stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the renal function of patients,relieve clinical symptoms,control blood pressure,and has good safety.
