大承气汤加减联合脐针对消化道早癌内镜术后患者的影响OA
Effects of Modified Dachengqi Decoction Combined with Umbilical Acupuncture in Patients with Early Gastrointestinal Cancer after Endoscopic Surgery
目的:探讨大承气汤加减联合脐针对消化道早癌内镜术后患者的影响.方法:选择2024年1 月—2025 年 6 月于九江市第一人民医院接受治疗的消化道早癌内镜术后患者 80 例,随机分为对照组(常规术后处理)和观察组(在对照组基础上予以大承气汤加减联合脐针治疗),各 40 例.比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、焦虑情绪(HAMA评分)、免疫功能指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+)、胃肠激素水平[抑胃肽(GIP)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)].结果:治疗 4 周后,观察组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗 4 周后,两组中医证候积分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗 2、4 周后,两组HAMA评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗 4 周后,两组CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+较治疗前升高,CD8+较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组GIP、GAS、MTL水平较治疗前降低,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:大承气汤加减联合脐针可提高消化道早癌内镜术后患者的临床疗效,改善中医证候与焦虑情绪,增强免疫功能,调节胃肠激素水平,促进术后康复.
Objective:To investigate the effects of modified Dachengqi Decoction combined with umbilical acupuncture on patients with early gastrointestinal cancer after endoscopic surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer who underwent endoscopic surgery at Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into control group(with conventional postoperative treatment)and observation group(with modified Dachengqi Decoction combined with umbilical acupuncture on the basis of the control group),with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,anxiety(HAMA score),immune function indicators(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+),and gastrointestinal hormone levels[gastritis inhibitor polypeptide(GIP),gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)]of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment was higher(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased significantly in both groups compared with those before treatment,with the observation group achieving superior reduction compared to the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMA scores decreased significantly in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups increased compared with those before treatment,while CD8+decreased compared with those before treatment,moreover,the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of GIP,GAS and MTL decreased significantly in both groups compared with those before treatment,but those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Dachengqi Decoction combined with umbilical acupuncture can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate traditional Chinese medicine syndrome manifestations and anxiety,enhance immune function,regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels,and promote postoperative recovery in patients with early gastrointestinal cancer after endoscopic surgery.
