复方玄驹胶囊联合低强度脉冲超声在糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者中的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the application effect of Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in the patients with erectile dysfunction due to diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 162 patients with erectile dysfunction due to diabetes mellitus in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from February 2024 to July 2025 were divided into a control group of 81 cases and an observation group of 81 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Compound Xuanju Capsules,the observation group was treated with Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound.The treatment course of two groups were both 4 weeks.The total effective rates for erectile dysfunction,adverse reaction rates,the degree of erectile dysfunction and erectile hardness related indexes(average hardness,maximum hardness,circumference change of the head and roots)before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of erectile dysfunction treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of erectile dysfunction in the observation group was milder than that in the control group,and the erectile hardness related indexes were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in the treatment of patients with erectile dysfunction due to diabetes mellitus is relatively good,which can significantly improve the erectile hardness of patients.
