肺癌NDRG2表达与微卫星不稳定性及预后的关系OA
Correlation of NDRG2 expression with microsatellite instability and prognosis in lung cancer
目的 探讨肺癌患者N-myc下游调节因子2(NDRG2)表达与微卫星不稳定性(MSI)及预后的相关性.方法 选取2018年6月至2023年12月间于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇八医院行肺癌根除术治疗的患者300例,根据术后预后情况分为预后不良组及预后良好组.采用Pearson相关分析探讨肺癌组织NDRG2表达与MSI的相关性,用logistic回归分析患者预后不良的危险因素.结果 本研究中预后不良组98例(32.67%)、预后良好组202例(67.33%).相关性分析结果显示,患者肺癌组织NDRG2表达阴性与其MSI类型为低度MSI(MSI-L)或微卫星稳定(MSS)呈正相关(r=0.694,P<0.001).多因素分析结果显示,年龄、分化程度、TNM分期、脉管侵犯、NDRG2及MSI为肺癌患者预后不良的独立影响因素.受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线下面积为0.760,95%CI:0.622~0.807,灵敏度为62.2%,特异度为80.7%,Youden指数为0.429,Hosemer-Lemeshow检验结果显示模型拟合良好(χ2=10.117,P>0.05).结论 肺癌患者的NDRG2表达与MSI类型为MSI-L或MSS呈正相关,且对预后不良的发生有一定预测价值.
Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of N-myc downstream-regulated gene 2(NDRG2)with micro-satellite instability and prognosis in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 300 patients who underwent radical resection for lung cancer at the 908th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army between June 2018 and December 2023 were selected.Based on their postoperative prognoses,the patients were divided into poor and good prognosis groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between NDRG2 expression in lung cancer tissues and microsatellite instability,and logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the risk factors for poor prognosis.Results There were 98 patients(32.67%)in the poor prognosis group and 202(67.33%)in the good prognosis group.Correlation analysis showed that negative expression NDRG2 in lung cancer tissues was positively correlated with microsatellite instability-low(MSI-L)or microsatellite stable(MSS)(r=0.694,P<0.001).Multivariate analysis revealed that age,degree of differentiation,TNM stage,vascular invasion,NDRG2,and microsatellite instability were independent factors influencing poor prognosis in patients with lung cancer.The area under the receiver operating charac-teristic(ROC)curve was 0.760(95%CI:0.622-0.807),with a sensitivity of 62.2%,specificity of 80.7%,and Youden index of 0.429.The Hosmer-Lemeshow test showed that the model fits well(χ2=10.117,P>0.05).Conclusion NDRG2 expression in lung cancer patients is positively correlated with microsatellite instability types of MSI-L or MSS and has a certain predictive value for poor prognosis.
