沈阳市健康体检女性高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的基因型特征及各基因型间的关联性OA

Objective To evaluate the genotype characteristics of high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection in women undergoing health checkup in Shenyang,analyze the correlation between the different types,and provide a basis for the precise preven-tion of HR-HPV infection.Methods HPV test data of 6 309 female examinees from a physical examination center in Shenyang between January and December 2024 were selected to analyze the HR-HPV infection status,distribution characteristics,and influencing factors of various gene subtypes and examine the correlation and scientific classification among different genotypes.Results A total of 782 cases(12.39%)were positive for HR-HPV.Single-genotype infection was the main cause(81.20%),whereas multiple infections were mainly caused by two subtypes.The percentage of single-genotype infection increased linearly with age,whereas the percentage of multiple infec-tions followed a U-shaped age distribution.The three most prevalent genotypes were HPV52,HPV53,and HPV58.Multivariate analysis showed that age,marital status,education,and alcohol consumption were independent influencing factors for HR-HPV infection in women in the region,and these influencing factors varied among the different gene subtypes.Based on multiple factors and cluster analysis,the 17 HR-HPV subtypes were classified into 5 categories.Conclusion Although the pathogenicity and cancer risk of HR-HPV infection in women undergoing health checkup in Shenyang are not high,attention should still be paid to the increased infection rate and risk of intra-class multiple infections,and targeted screening and precise intervention should be conducted.
