基于三维点云重建的储柜烟叶体积与重量在线测量方法研究OA
Research on an online measurement method for the volume and weight of tobacco in a storage cabinet based on 3D point cloud reconstruction
[背景和目的]制丝线储柜当前普遍缺乏对柜内不规则烟叶物料重量的在线精确计量功能,导致物料衡算依赖估算、布料均匀性控制粗放.[方法]开发一套基于 3D 视觉的在线测量系统,利用储柜上方的 3D 相机阵列采集点云,通过统计滤波与体素栅格滤波进行去噪与精简,采用快速点特征直方图(FPFH)与迭代最近点(ICP)算法完成点云配准与三维重建,结合三角网格法与切片法计算堆积体积,并基于历史生产大数据建立动态密度估计模型,实现重量估算.[结果]在 500 kg/不规则烟叶物料堆料试验中,体积计算精度达 99.37%;重量在线测量精度为 98.60%,与电子秤数据对比精度达 99.89%;系统通过实时调控,将布料平整度的变异系数从 0.117 优化至 0.041.[结论]该方法有效解决了储柜内不规则烟叶物料的在线精确计量难题,为制丝线智能化升级提供了可靠技术支撑.
[Background and Objective]Storage cabinets in the primary processing line currently generally lack an online accurate measurement function for the weight of irregular tobacco materials inside the cabinet,leading to material balance calculations relying on estimation and rough control of material distribution uniformity.To address this,this study developed an online measurement system for the volume and weight of tobacco lamina in storage cabinets based on 3D vision.[Methods]A 3D camera array mounted above the storage cabinet was used to capture point cloud data;the raw point cloud was denoised and simplified through statistical filtering and voxel grid filtering.Fast Point Feature Histograms(FPFH)combined with the Iterative Closest Point(ICP)algorithm were used to complete point cloud registration and 3D reconstruction.The stacking volume was calculated using a combination of triangulation and slicing methods.A dynamic density estimation model based on historical production big data was established to achieve weight estimation.[Results]In a 500 kg irregular tobacco material stacking test,the accuracy of the volume calculation reached 99.37%;the online weight measurement accuracy reached 98.60%,and the agreement with electronic scale data reached 99.89%.Through real-time regulation,the coefficient of variation of material spreading flatness was improved from 0.117 to 0.041.[Conclusion]This method effectively solves the problem of online accurate measurement of irregular tobacco materials in storage cabinets,providing reliable technical support for the intelligent upgrading of the primary processing line.
