数字平库优化算法的打叶复烤均质化组配模式研究OA

[背景]复烤数字平库出库备料策略单一,导致批次间质量稳定性不足.[方法]基于烟碱小粒度区间平库仓储模式,采用模拟退火算法与改进遗传算法进行出库组配,对比传统备料与优化算法备料的均质化效果.[结果]模拟退火算法可确保各出库单元与整体物料烟碱均值基本一致;改进遗传算法将出库单元均匀划分为多批次,严格保障批次内等级配比及批次间烟碱含量稳定性;与传统"区间配比+随机出库"的备料相比,基于优化算法的备料效果明显,成品片烟烟碱 CV 值从 4.494%降至 2.497%,降幅达 44.437%.[结论]该方法为平库仓储模式下的均质化组配提供可行高效的解决方案,具有良好实际应用价值.

[Background]The outbound material preparation strategy for redrying digital flat warehouses is relatively simple,resulting in insufficient quality stability among batches.[Methods]Based on the flat-warehouse storage mode using small nicotine-content intervals,simulated annealing algorithm and improved genetic algorithm were adopted for outbound blending,and the homogenization effects of traditional material preparation and algorithm-optimized material preparation were compared.[Results]Simulated annealing algorithm can ensure that the mean nicotine content of each outbound unit is basically consistent with that of the overall materials.The improved genetic algorithm evenly divides the outbound units into multiple batches and strictly ensures the stability of the grade proportion within each batch and the nicotine content among batches.Compared with the traditional material preparation method of"interval proportioning+random outbound delivery",the material preparation method based on optimization algorithms shows a significant effect.The nicotine CV value of finished strips decreased from 4.494%to 2.497%,a decrease of 44.437%.[Conclusion]This method provides a feasible and efficient solution for homogenized blending under the flat-warehouse storage mode and has good practical application value.
