温湿交变工况下RGV主驱电机高可靠宽域稳定运行优化设计OA

[背景和目的]针对烟草行业智能物流系统中有轨制导车辆(RGV)在温湿交变环境及立体输送系统协同运行条件下,主驱电机存在易受凝露侵蚀、漏磁损耗大、多工况能效不稳定等工程问题.[方法]结合烟草卷包车间多品规物料集中配送系统,分析主驱电机在跨层输送过程中的动态负载特性,以温湿工况适配为核心,设计双隔套型分瓣铁芯主驱电机,并基于有限元模型与磁密积分法,分析屏蔽套材料(SUS316、SUS430、氧化锆)及厚度对电机漏磁系数的影响,提出复合屏蔽套优化方案,通过损耗计算与仿真分析,评估不同屏蔽套材料下电机功率因数平台特性.[结果](1)双隔套型主驱电机可有效隔绝温湿侵蚀,SUS430屏蔽套可有效抑制漏磁(厚度 0.3~0.7 mm时漏磁系数 1.32~1.19),氧化锆屏蔽套可显著降低涡流损耗;(2)优化后的 SUS430/氧化锆复合屏蔽套,漏磁系数稳定在 1.25,漏磁增幅≤11.6%;(3)SUS430 屏蔽套电机80%~100%负载区间功率因数平台达 0.96,较传统屏蔽永磁电机提升 10.5%.[结论]所设计的 RGV 主驱电机及优化方案,可有效解决温湿工况下电机可靠性、漏磁及多工况功率因数偏低问题.

[Background]In intelligent logistics systems for the tobacco industry,the main drive motor of a rail-guided vehicle(RGV)is prone to condensation corrosion,high magnetic leakage loss,and unstable energy efficiency under multiple operating conditions when operating in alternating temperature and humidity environments and in coordination with three-dimensional conveying systems.[Methods]Taking the centralized distribution system for multi-specification materials in tobacco packaging workshops as the application scenario,this study analyzes the dynamic load characteristics of the main drive motor during cross-layer conveying.With adaptation to temperature and humidity conditions as the focus,a double-sleeve split-core main drive motor is designed.Based on a finite element model and the magnetic flux density integration method,the effects of shielding sleeve material(SUS316,SUS430,and zirconia)and thickness on the motor leakage coefficient are analyzed,and an optimized composite shielding sleeve scheme is proposed.Loss calculation and simulation analysis are then used to evaluate the power factor platform characteristics of motors with different shielding sleeve materials,and prototype experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the design.[Results]The designed double-sleeve main drive motor effectively isolates the motor from temperature-and humidity-induced erosion;the SUS430 shielding sleeve effectively suppresses magnetic leakage(the leakage coefficient decreases from 1.32 to 1.19 as the thickness increases from 0.3 to 0.7 mm),while the zirconia shielding sleeve significantly reduces eddy-current loss.The optimized SUS430/zirconia composite shielding sleeve achieves a stable leakage coefficient of 1.25,with the increase in magnetic leakage controlled within 11.6%.The motor with the SUS430 shielding sleeve reaches a power factor platform of 0.96 in the 80%~100%load range,representing a 10.5%improvement compared with a traditional shielded permanent magnet motor.[Conclusion]The designed RGV main drive motor and optimization scheme can effectively address motor reliability,magnetic leakage,and low power factor under temperature and humidity conditions,providing theoretical support and an engineering solution for upgrading and optimizing RGV main drive systems in the tobacco industry and similar complex environments.
