基于温度场调控的加热卷烟逐口释放稳定性研究OA
Stability of puff-by-puff release from heated tobacco products based on temperature field regulation
[目的]研究加热片位置对烟气气溶胶关键组分逐口释放行为的影响规律.[方法]通过改变加热片位置,考察其对烟支关键组分逐口释放稳定性的影响,根据关键组分释放特征改进温度曲线设计,通过不同品牌烟支验证加热片位置与温度曲线协同优化效果.[结果](1)在相同抽吸条件下,加热片位置对加热卷烟逐口释放行为具有显著影响,与中心布置相比,偏心布置的加热结构能够有效降低丙二醇、烟碱和丙三醇等关键组分的逐口释放波动,其逐口释放量变异系数分别降至 0.20、0.21和 0.19;(2)根据偏心加热温度分布特点,提出了与其结构特点相匹配的加热温度曲线,丙二醇、烟碱和丙三醇变异系数可进一步降低至 0.19、0.18 和0.11;(3)改进温度曲线后的偏心加热烟具抽吸 B、C 两款烟支时具备较好的逐口释放稳定性.
[Objective]This study investigated the effect of heating-blade position on the puff-by-puff release behavior of key components in smoke aerosol.[Methods]The heating-blade layout was varied to evaluate its effect on the puff-by-puff release stability of key components from tobacco sticks.The temperature curve was optimized according to the release characteristics of the key components,and the synergistic optimization of heating-blade position and temperature curve was verified using tobacco sticks from different brands.[Results]1)Under identical puffing conditions,heating-blade position significantly affected the puff-by-puff release behavior of heated tobacco products.Compared with the centrally arranged heating structure,the eccentrically arranged heating structure effectively reduced puff-by-puff fluctuations in key components,including propylene glycol,nicotine,and glycerol,with coefficients of variation(CVs)of release amount decreasing to 0.20,0.21,and 0.19,respectively.2)Based on the temperature distribution characteristics of the eccentric heating structure,a phased dynamic heating-temperature control strategy designed for this structure was proposed.The CVs for propylene glycol,nicotine,and glycerol were further reduced to 0.19,0.18,and 0.11,respectively.3)With the improved temperature curve,the eccentric heating device also demonstrated good puff-by-puff release stability when used with tobacco sticks B and C.
