加热卷烟气溶胶捕集及其总水分的测定OA
Aerosol trapping and determination of total moisture in heated tobacco products
[目的]准确测定加热卷烟气溶胶总水分含量.[方法]建立剑桥滤片串联颗粒氯化钙捕集管的二元捕集系统,捕集加热卷烟气溶胶,通过 GC/TCD 分析剑桥滤片上的粒相水分,重量法测定气相水分,气溶胶总水分由粒相水分与气相水分加和得到.[结果](1)装填 4.0 g颗粒氯化钙的捕集管,可满足连续捕集 4 支加热卷烟气相水分的需求,气相水分释放量达 15 mg/支以上,占气溶胶总水分的 35%左右;(2)剑桥滤片粒相物捕集量、CaCl2 气相物捕集量以及气溶胶总捕集量(Aerosol collected mass,ACM)的日内相对标准偏差(RSD)和日间 RSD 分别低于 4.46%和 5.17%,重复性良好;(3)气相水分在总水分中的占比随抽吸口序增加从第 1 口的 27.06%升至第 10 口的 51.20%;(4)通风率和烟支水分含量对气溶胶中水分、烟碱等组分释放均有影响.[结论]该方法实现了加热卷烟气溶胶中水分的完全捕集,弥补以往方法忽略气相水分的不足,为加热卷烟的热量管理及产品品质评价提供有效手段.
[Objective]To accurately determine the total moisture content in heated tobacco product aerosol.[Methods]A two-stage trapping system combining a Cambridge filter with a granular CaCl2 tube was established for aerosol collection.The particulate-phase moisture captured on the Cambridge filter was analyzed by GC/TCD,while the gaseous-phase moisture was determined gravimetrically.Total aerosol moisture was calculated as the sum of particulate-phase and gaseous-phase moisture.[Results]The results showed that:1)A trapping tube filled with 4.0 g of granular CaCl2 met the requirement for trapping gaseous-phase moisture from up to four heated cigarettes.The measured gaseous-phase moisture exceeded 15 mg/cig,accounting for approximately 35%of total aerosol moisture in the experimental HTP samples.2)The intra-day relative standard deviations(RSDs)for the particulate-phase collection mass on the Cambridge filter,the gaseous-phase collection mass in the CaCl2 tube,and the total aerosol collected mass(ACM)were all within 4.46%,and the inter-day RSDs were within 5.17%,demonstrating good repeatability.3)Puff-by-puff release analysis showed that the proportion of gaseous-phase moisture in total moisture increased with puff number,rising from 27.06%in the first puff to 51.20%in the 10th puff.4)Sample test results indicated that ventilation rate and cigarette moisture content both influenced the release of water,nicotine,and other aerosol constituents.[Conclusion]This method enables complete moisture trapping in heated tobacco product aerosol and addresses the previous limitation of neglecting gaseous-phase water.It provides an effective means for thermal management and product quality evaluation of heated tobacco products.
