通风分配对常规和细支卷烟主流烟气pH影响分析OA
Effects of ventilation distribution on mainstream smoke pH of regular and slim cigarettes
[目的]探究通风率和通风分配对卷烟主流烟气 pH的影响规律.[方法]采用 pH=7.000 水萃取烟气总粒相物,用酸度计测定不同通风分配下常规卷烟和细支卷烟的烟气 pH,建立滤嘴通风和卷烟纸通风与烟气 pH 的预测模型,并对模型进行验证.[结果]①随着卷烟总通风率的上升,常规卷烟和细支卷烟烟气 pH 均呈线性上升趋势(R2>0.93),且常规卷烟烟气 pH 上升幅度大于细支卷烟.②卷烟烟支烟气 pH 的预测值与实测值比值在 1.001~1.004,所建立的卷烟纸通风率和滤嘴通风率与烟气 pH 的预测模型具有高度适宜性;模型系数项均为正值,无论是常规卷烟还是细支卷烟,增加卷烟纸透气率或滤嘴通风率后卷烟总通风增大,烟气 pH 均呈上升趋势.③在卷烟总通风固定前提下,卷烟纸通风率与滤嘴通风率比值(Vp/Vf)对常规卷烟烟气 pH 影响较大,对细支卷烟主流烟气 pH 影响较小.[结论]在卷烟总通风固定前提下,调控常规卷烟、细支卷烟烟气 pH 通风分配方式存在显著差异.
[Objective]To investigate the effects of ventilation rate and ventilation distribution on the mainstream smoke pH of cigarettes.[Methods]The total particulate matter of mainstream smoke was extracted with water at pH 7.000,the smoke pH of regular and slim cigarettes under different ventilation distributions was determined using a pH meter.[Results]①With increasing total ventilation rate,the smoke pH of both regular and slim cigarettes increased linearly(R2>0.93),and the increase of smoke pH from regular cigarette was greater than that of slim cigarette.②Prediction models correlating smoke pH with filter ventilation and cigarette paper ventilation were established and validated,the ratio of the predicted value to the measured value of cigarette smoke pH is between 1.001 and 1.004,indicating that the established prediction model has high adaptability.And whether it was regular cigarette or slim cigarette,all model coefficients were positive,indicating that smoke pH increased with either cigarette paper ventilation or filter ventilation.③Under the premise of fixed total ventilation of cigarettes,the ratio Vp/Vf has a greater effect on the mainstream smoke pH of regular cigarettes than on that of slim cigarettes.[Conclusion]Under the premise of fixed total ventilation of cigarettes,there are significant differences in the ventilation distribution strategies for regulating mainstream smoke pH between regular and slim cigarettes.
