以往菌剂开发多关注于作物产量及抗逆性,而忽略了对作物营养品质的影响.本文以从上海青根内分离出的 1 株假单胞菌 Pseudomonas sp.T4 为试材,通过盆栽试验测定菌株 T4 对上海青生物量累积、叶绿素相对含量及蛋白质、可溶性糖、矿质元素含量和指纹代谢图谱的影响.结果表明,接种 T4 可显著提高上海青生物量,根和茎叶鲜质量是未接种菌株 T4(对照)的 1.58 和 1.17 倍.生理指标分析发现,接种 T4 的上海青叶片叶绿素相对含量及蛋白质、可溶性糖含量较对照分别显著提高 19.49%、10.88%和 69.12%.基于非靶向代谢组学分析,发现相比于对照,接种 T4 的处理显著提高上海青茎叶中泛醇、烟酰胺、4-吡哆酸及 4-吡哆醇等维生素含量,同时提高矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷、木犀草素-4-O-葡萄糖苷和槲皮素-3,4-二葡萄糖苷等类黄酮,以及棕榈油酸、油酸、亚麻酸等脂肪酸含量.基于离子组学分析,发现接种菌株T4的上海青中K、Mg、Cu、Ba、B等矿质元素含量显著提高,是对照的 1.06~1.48 倍.综上,菌株 T4 不仅可以显著提高上海青生物量,还可以显著改善其营养品质,本研究结果可为微生物菌剂的开发提供菌种资源和理论依据.

In this study,a strain of Pseudomonas sp.T4,isolated from the root of Shanghaiqing,was used as the experi-mental material.Pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of strain T4 on biomass accumulation,as well as the content of chlorophyll,protein,soluble sugar,mineral element,and the metabolic finger printing of Shanghaiqing.The results showed that inoculation with T4 significantly increased the biomass of Shanghaiqing,where the fresh mass of root and shoot were 1.58 and 1.17 times higher than those of the non-inoculated control,respectively.Physiological index anal-ysis revealed that the content of chlorophyll,protein,and soluble sugar in the leaves of T4-inoculated Shanghaiqing were significantly increased by 19.49%,10.88%,and 69.12%compared to the control,respectively.Non-targeted metabolo-mics analysis indicated that,compared with the control,T4 inoculation significantly increased the levels of vitamins(nic-otinamide,4-pyridoxic acid,and pyridoxine),flavonoids(cyanidin-3-O-glucoside,luteolin-4′-O-glucoside and querce-tin-3,4′-diglucoside),and fatty acids(palmitoleic acid,oleic acid,and linolenic acid)in the shoots.Ionomics analysis demonstrated that the content of mineral elements including K,Mg,Cu,Ba,and B in T4-treated Shanghaiqing were signif-icantly increased,ranging from 1.06 to 1.48 times those of the control.In conclusion,strain T4 not only significantly en-hances the biomass but also markedly improves the nutritional quality of Shanghaiqing.This study provides microbial re-sources and a theoretical basis for the development of microbial agents.
