目的 针对高校实验动物模型管理中数据碎片化、协作低效、信息不对称等痛点,本研究基于SeaTable低代码平台构建标准化数据库系统.方法 通过"多表关联+自动化规则+应用程序编程接口(API)集成"技术架构,实现实验动物模型全生命周期管理与跨机构资源共享.结果 以江南大学实验动物中心为实证案例,数据显示,学生实验一次性成功率从76.2%提升至88.8%,实验周期延长率从34.1%降至14.9%.结论 该模式通过"技术工具-流程优化-政策适配"三位一体解决方案,深度契合国家关于科技资源开放共享的战略导向,创新性地将低代码技术与科研管理流程相融合,为科研管理数字化转型提供可复制的实践范式.

Objective To address fragmented data,inefficient collaboration,and information asymmetry in the management of laboratory animal models in universities,this study constructed a standardized database system based on the SeaTable low-code platform.Methods Using a technical architecture based on"multi-table associations,automated rules,and application programming interface(API)integration",the system realizes full-lifecycle management of laboratory animal models and cross-institutional resource sharing.Results Taking the Laboratory Animal Center of Jiangnan University as an empirical case,the result showed that,after implementation of the platform,the one-time success rate of student-led experiments increased from 76.2%to 88.8%,and the experimental cycle extension rate decreased from 34.1%to 14.9%.Conclusions This model is closely aligned with the national strategic orientation for the open sharing of scientific and technological resources through an integrated solution combining technical tools,process optimization,and policy adaptation.By innovatively integrating low-code technology with scientific research management processes,it provides a replicable practical model for the digital transformation of scientific research management.
