The biological functions of Chinese herbal feed additives and their applications in meat-type poultry:A concise review
为解决抗生素不合理使用导致的耐药性等问题,2020 年 7 月 1 日我国全面实施饲料"禁抗".因此,开发并应用安全可靠的抗生素替代物成为当前饲料产业的发展重点,而中草药添加剂因具备来源丰富、成本低、无残留、无毒副作用等优点,成为抗生素的重要替代品之一.本文综述了中草药饲料添加剂的生物学功能及其在肉禽生产中的应用,旨在为中草药饲料添加剂在肉禽生产中的高效利用提供参考依据.
To address problems such as drug resistance caused by the abuse of antibiotics,China implemented a comprehensive ban on antibiotic growth promoters in animal feed effective July 1,2020.Therefore identifying and adopting safe and reliable antibiotic alternatives has become a critical development priority for the feed industry.Chinese herbal feed additives,with their advantages such as abundant sources,low cost,absence of residues,and lack of toxic side effects,are progressively emerging as important alternatives to antibiotics.This article reviewed the biological functions of Chinese herbal feed additives and their applications in meat-type poultry feeding industry,aimed to provide insights for their efficient utilization within this sector.
