为探究不同梯度单细胞蛋白(SCP)添加对准噶尔双峰驼血液生理生化及产奶性能的影响,试验选取24头健康准噶尔双峰驼,随机分为C0(0%SCP)、C1(5%SCP)、C2(10%SCP)三组,开展 44 d 饲喂试验.结果显示:试验组 C1 与对照组 C0 相比总蛋白和球蛋白显著提升 2.95%、8.15%(P<0.01),丙氨酸氨基转移酶和肌酐显著提升 14.29%、9.24%(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著降低 7.86%;血常规指标显示,红细胞数量、平均红细胞体积、血红蛋白含量分别显著提升 2.41%,3.01%、5.90%(P<0.05),血小板数量显著降低 7.01%(P<0.05);血清中 TNF-α 含量显著提升 1.28%(P<0.01),试验组 C2 与对照组 C0 相比总蛋白和球蛋白显著提升 12.36%、19.12%(P<0.01),丙氨酸氨基转移酶和肌酐显著提升 67.49%、20.31%(P<0.05),谷草谷丙比显著降低 45.02%(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著上升 13.43%;血常规指标显示,红细胞数量、平均红细胞体积、血红蛋白含量、血小板分别显著提升 13.33%、12.00%、11.94%、19.78%(P<0.05);血清中 TNF-α 含量显著提升 3.84%(P<0.01).产奶量数据显示,总产奶量随SCP 添加量递增,但日均产奶量无统计学差异(P>0.05).研究表明,SCP 添加可显著改善蛋白质代谢及免疫应答,但需关注肝脏代谢负担.

This study investigated the impact of different levels of single-cell protein(SCP)on the blood physiology,biochemistry,and milk production of bactrian camels.Twenty-four healthy camels were allocated to three groups:C0(0%SCP),C1(5%SCP),and C2(10%SCP),and fed for 44 days.The results indicated that compared with the control group C0,the C1 group demonstrated a significant increase in total protein and globulin by 2.95%and 8.15%(P<0.01),alanine aminotransferase and creatinine by 14.29%and 9.24%(P<0.05),and a decrease in blood urea nitrogen by 7.86%.In blood routine indicators,red blood cell count,mean corpuscular volume,and hemoglobin content increased significantly by 2.41%,3.01%,and 5.90%(P<00.5),while platelet count decreased by 7.01%(P<0.05).The content of TNF-α in serum also increased by 1.28%(P<0.01).For the C2 group compared with control group C0,total protein and globulin increased significantly by 12.35%and 19.12%(P<0.01),alanine aminotransferase and creatinine increased by 67.49%and 20.31%(P<0.05),with the AST/ALT ratio decreased by 45.02%(P<0.05)and blood urea nitrogen increased by 13.43%.Blood routine indicators showed significant increases in red blood cell count,mean corpuscular volume,hemoglobin content,and platelets by 13.33%,12.00%,11.94%,and 19.78%(P<0.05),and TNF-α content increased by 3.84%(P<0.01).Milk production data indicated that total milk production increased with higher levels of SCP,but no significant difference in daily milk production was observed(P>0.05).The study demonstrated that SCP could significantly enhance protein metabolism and immune response but may increase the liver metabolic burden.
