Research progress on the regulation of intestinal barrier in pigs by L-theanine
肠道屏障对猪的健康至关重要,由机械、化学、免疫、微生物屏障构成,肠道屏障具有维持肠道内环境稳定,保障营养物质吸收,抵御外界病原体及有害物质的功能.L-茶氨酸是一种从绿茶分离出的非蛋白质衍生氨基酸,在猪肠道健康方面展现出积极影响.本文综述了L-茶氨酸对猪肠道屏障的影响,为L-茶氨酸改善肠道健康的深入研究提供理论依据,并为其在畜牧生产中的应用提供借鉴.
The intestinal barrier is of utmost importance for the health of pigs.It is composed of the mechanical,chemical,immune,and microbial barriers.The intestinal barrier plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability of the intestinal internal environment,ensuring the absorption of nutrients,and defending against external pathogens and harmful substances.L-theanine,a non-protein-derived amino acid isolated from green tea,has shown a positive impact on the intestinal health of pigs.This article reviewed the effects of L-theanine on the intestinal barrier of pigs,aimed to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research on the improvement of intestinal health by L-theanine and offer references for its application in production.
