文章旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的黄芪多糖(APS)对肉兔生长性能、肠道屏障功能、肉品质及屠宰性能的影响.试验选用 120 只 35 日龄断奶的健康伊拉肉兔,体重相近[(786.5±23.4)g],按随机原则分成 4 个试验组,每组 6 个重复,每个重复 5 只.其中,对照组(CON)饲喂基础日粮,其余 3 个试验组(APS1、APS2、APS3)分别在基础日粮中添加 250、500 和 1000 mg/kg 的黄芪多糖.预饲期 7 d,正试期 42 d.结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,APS2 组和APS3 组的平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05),分别提高 12.98%和 11.89%;料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05),分别降低 10.67%和 9.55%.(2)就肠道屏障功能而言,APS2 组与 APS3 组动物血清中的 D-乳酸(D-LA)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)以及内毒素(ET)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中 APS2 组 D-LA、DAO 和 ET 分别下降 26.81%、32.01%和28.30%,APS3组分别下降24.37%、27.40%和24.53%;此外,空肠黏膜中闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)和Occludin的mRNA表达量显著上升(P<0.05),APS2 组 ZO-1 和 Occludin 分别增加 111%和 91%,APS3 组分别增加 95%和 78%.(3)APS2 组和 APS3 组的屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中 APS2 组分别提高 5.89%、6.30%和 6.96%.(4)与对照组相比,APS2 组和 APS3 组肌肉滴水损失和蒸煮损失显著降低(P<0.05),APS2 组分别降低 27.70%和 12.77%,APS3 组分别降低 24.66%和 11.03%;肌肉剪切力显著下降(P<0.05),APS2 组下降 16.88%,APS3 组下降 15.51%.综上所述,日粮中添加适量黄芪多糖可改善肉兔生长性能、肠道屏障功能、肉品质及屠宰性能,本试验条件下以 500 mg/kg 添加量效果最佳.

The present study aimed to evaluate the impacts of adding different concentrations of astragalus polysaccharides(APS)to the diet on growth performance,intestinal barrier function,meat quality,and slaughter performance of meat rabbits.A total of 120 healthy weaned Ira meat rabbits at 35 days of age,having comparable body weights(786.5±23.4 g),were allocated randomly to 4 treatment groups.Each treatment consisted of 6 replicates,with 5 rabbits in each replicate.The control group(CON)received a basal diet,while the experimental groups received the same basal diet added with 250 mg/kg(APS1 group),500 mg/kg(APS2 group),or 1000 mg/kg(APS3 group)of APS,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,and the formal trial period lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)Relative to the control group,the APS2 and APS3 groups exhibited a marked increase in average daily gain(ADG)(P<0.05),by 12.98%and 11.89%,respectively,along with a notable reduction in the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)(P<0.05),by 10.67%and 9.55%,respectively.2)Regarding intestinal barrier function,the APS2 and APS3 groups showed markedly reduced serum levels of D-lactic acid(D-LA),diamine oxidase(DAO),and endotoxin(ET)relative to the control group(P<0.05).Specifically,in the APS2 group,D-LA,DAO,and ET decreased by 26.81%,32.01%,and 28.30%,respectively,and in the APS3 group,they decreased by 24.37%,27.40%,and 24.53%,respectively.Meanwhile,the mRNA expression of zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)and occludin in the jejunal mucosa was significantly elevated(P<0.05),with increases of 111%and 91%in the APS2 group,and 95%and 78%in the APS3 group,respectively.3)The APS2 and APS3 groups exhibited significantly greater dressing percentage,half-eviscerated percentage,and whole-eviscerated percentage(P<0.05),and in the APS2 group,these values increased by 5.89%,6.30%,and 6.96%,respectively,and in the APS3 group,they increased by 4.95%,5.24%,and 5.65%,respectively.4)Relative to the control group,the drip loss and cooking loss of muscle in the APS2 and APS3 groups showed marked reductions(P<0.05),with decreases of 27.70%and 12.77%in the APS2 group,and 24.66%and 11.03%in the APS3 group,respectively.Additionally,muscle shear force was significantly decreased(P<0.05)by 16.88%in the APS2 group and 15.51%in the APS3 group.In conclusion,dietary supplementation with an appropriate amount of APS can improve the growth performance,intestinal barrier function,meat quality,and slaughter performance of meat rabbits,with the optimal addition level being 500 mg/kg.
