日粮添加黄芪多糖对小尾寒羊生长性能、免疫机能及血清生化指标的影响OA
The effect of adding astragalus polysaccharides to the diet on the growth performance,immune function,and serum biochemical indicators of small tailed Han sheep
文章旨在探讨不同水平黄芪多糖(Astragalus Membranaceus Polysaccharides,APS)对小尾寒羊生长性能、免疫力及血清生化指标的影响,以确定 APS 在小尾寒羊养殖中的适宜添加量.试验将 60 头日龄(120±4)d、体重(25.0±1.5)kg 的小尾寒羊公羔分成 4 组,每组 3 个重复,每个重复 5 只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加 0.2%、0.4%和 0.8%的 APS.预饲期 7 d,试验期 60 d.结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,0.2%、0.4%和 0.8%APS 添加组平均日采食量均提高(P>0.05);0.4%和 0.8%APS 添加组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);0.2%、0.4%和 0.8%APS 添加组平均日增重和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05).(2)与对照组相比,0.2%、0.4%和 0.8%APS 添加组血清中免疫球蛋白 M(IgM)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量提高(P>0.05),血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量降低(P>0.05);0.4%和0.8%APS添加组血清中的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),其血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05);0.2%、0.4%和 0.8%APS 添加组血清中的 IgG、IgA、IL-2 和 TNF-α 含量之间均差异不显著(P>0.05).(2)与对照组相比,0.2%、0.4%、0.8%APS 添加组血清中白蛋白(ALB)含量提高(P>0.05)、肌酐(Cr)、总胆固醇(TC)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量降低(P>0.05);0.4%和 0.8%APS 添加组血清中总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量显著提高(P<0.05),血清中尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)含量和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性均显著降低(P<0.05);0.2%、0.4%、0.8%APS 添加组血清中 TP、GLB、BUN、TG 含量和 AST 活性之间差异不显著(P>0.05).综上所述,在小尾寒羊基础日粮中添加适量 APS 可以提高小尾寒羊生长性能和免疫力,改善其血清生化指标,以 0.4%APS 添加量为适宜.
This study aims to investigate the effects of adding different levels of Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharides(APS)to the basal diet on the growth performance,immunity,and serum biochemical indicators of small tailed Han sheep,in order to determine the appropriate amount of APS added in the breeding of small tailed Han sheep.Sixty male lambs with similar age(120±4d)and weight(25.0±1.5kg)were selected for the experiment and divided into four groups.Each group had three replicates,with five lambs in each replicate.The control group was fed with a basic diet,while the experimental group received 0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%APS added to the basic diet,respectively.The pilot period was 7 days,and the experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that:(1)compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of the 0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%APS addition groups increased(P>0.05);The average daily weight gain of the 0.4%and 0.8%APS addition groups significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the average daily weight gain and feed to gain ratio between the 0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%APS addition groups(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the levels of IgM and IL-6 in the serum of the 0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%APS addition groups increased(P>0.05),while the level of IL-1 β in the serum decreased(P>0.05);The levels of IgG,IgA,and IL-2 in the serum of the 0.4%and 0.8%APS addition groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the level of TNF-α in their serum was significantly reduced(P<0.05);There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the levels of IgG,IgA,IL-2,and TNF-α in the serum of the 0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%APS addition groups.(3)Compared with the control group,the serum ALB content in the 0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%APS addition groups increased(P>0.05),while the Cr,TC,and ALT content decreased(P>0.05);The levels of TP and GLB in the serum of the 0.4%and 0.8%APS addition groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the levels of BUN,TG,and AST activity in the serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05);There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the levels of TP,GLB,BUN,TG,and AST activity in the serum of the 0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%APS addition groups.In summary,adding an appropriate amount of APS to the basic diet of Small Tail Han sheep can improve their growth performance and immunity,and improve their serum biochemical indicators.Adding 0.4%APS is suitable.
