菌酶复合制剂对安格斯母牛繁殖性能及血清生化指标的影响OA
Effects of Bacteria Enzyme Compound Preparation(BECP)on reproductive performance and serum biochemical indices of angus cows
文章旨在研究菌酶复合制剂(Bacteria Enzyme Compound Preparation,BECP)对安格斯母牛繁殖性能及血清生化指标的影响.试验选择 60 头体况良好且体重相近(460.54±22.95)kg 的产后安格斯母牛,按 4 组×3 重复×5 头进行分组.CON 组饲喂基础日粮,另外 3 组分别饲喂基础日粮+100 g/t(LBECP 组)、200 g/t(MBECP 组)、300 g/t(HBECP 组)菌酶复合制剂.试验期从产后 1 d 持续至配种受孕.结果表明:MBECP 组、HBECP 组安格斯母牛平均日增重分别比 CON 组显著提高 9.49%、11.69%(P<0.05).LBECP 组、MBECP 组、HBECP 组安格斯母牛产后首次发情时间、空怀天数显著低于 CON 组(P<0.05),且发情率极显著高于 CON 组(P<0.01).LBECP 组、MBECP 组、HBECP 组安格斯母牛血清总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖显著高于 CON 组(P<0.05).MBECP 组、HBECP 组安格斯母牛血清雌二醇显著高于 CON 组(P<0.05).由此可见,菌酶复合制剂能够改善安格斯母牛的繁殖性能和机体代谢.综合各项指标,安格斯母牛日粮中菌酶复合制剂的建议添加量为 200~300 g/t.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of BECP on reproductive performance and serum biochemical indices of Angus cows.60 postpartum Angus cows in good body condition,with similar body weight(460.54±22.95 kg),were selected in groups of 4 groups×3 repetitions×5 cows.Cows in the CON group were fed a basal diet,and those in the other 3 groups were fed a basal diet+100 g/t(LBECP group),200 g/t(MBECP group),and 300 g/t(HBECP group)BECP,respectively.The experimental period lasted from day 1 postpartum until conception.Results:the ADG of Angus cows in MBECP and HBECP groups was significantly increased by 9.49%and 11.69%,compared with the CON group(P<0.05).The time to first postpartum estrus and days open of Angus cows in LBECP,MBECP,and HBECP groups were all significantly lower than CON group(P<0.05),and the estrus rate was highly significantly higher than CON group(P<0.01).Serum total protein,albumin,and glucose concentrations in LBECP,MBECP,and HBECP groups were significantly higher than CON group(P<0.05).Serum estradiol concentrations in MBECP and HBECP groups were significantly higher than CON group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of BECP can improve reproductive performance and body metabolism of Angus cows.Based on the comprehensive indices,the recommended inclusion level of BECP in the diet of Angus cows is 200 g/t to 300 g/t.
