文章旨在探究基础日粮中添加不同水平大豆异黄酮对泌乳前期奶牛产奶量、乳品质及血液免疫指标的影响,明确最佳添加剂量.试验选取 48 头健康荷斯坦奶牛,胎次、泌乳天数、初始产奶量无显著差异,随机分为 4 组,每组3 个重复,每个重复 4 头,对照组饲喂基础全混合日粮(TMR),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加 20、30、50 mg/kg大豆异黄酮,预试期 7 d,正试期 60 d.试验期间记录产奶性能,采用乳成分分析仪检测乳品质指标,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血液免疫指标.结果显示:与对照组相比,(1)20、30 mg/kg 添加组全期日均产奶量分别显著提高11.31%、17.44%(P<0.05);(2)20、30 mg/kg 添加组乳蛋白率分别显著提高 3.81%(P<0.05)、6.03%(P<0.05),乳脂率分别显著提高 3.43%(P<0.05)、5.64%(P<0.05),各添加组的乳体细胞数都显著下降(P<0.05);(3)30 mg/kg 添加组血清免疫球蛋白 G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白 A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白 M(IgM)、补体成分 3(C3)、补体成分 4(C4)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著上升(P<0.05),血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著下降(P<0.05).综上所述,在基础日粮中添加大豆异黄酮可显著提高泌乳前期奶牛生产性能,改善乳品质并增强免疫功能.在本试验条件下,推荐最佳添加量为 30 mg/kg,为规模化奶牛养殖中大豆异黄酮的规范应用提供理论依据和实践参考.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of soy isoflavones on milk yield,milk quality and blood immune indices of dairy cows in early lactation,and to determine the optimal supplemental level.Forty-eight healthy Holstein cows with no significant differences in parity,days in milk and initial milk yield were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates per group and 4 cows per replicate.Cows in the control group were fed a basal total mixed ration(TMR),while those in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were supplemented with 20,30 and 50 mg/kg soy isoflavones in the basal diet,respectively.The preliminary trial period lasted 7 days,and the formal trial period lasted 60 days.During the experiment,milk production performance was recorded,milk quality indices were detected using a milk composition analyzer,and blood immune indices were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that compared with the control group:(1)The average daily milk yield of the 20 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg supplementation groups over the whole experimental period was significantly increased by 11.31%and 17.44%,respectively(P<0.05);(2)The milk protein percentage of the 20 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg groups was significantly elevated by 3.81%and 6.03%(P<0.05),and the milk fat percentage was significantly increased by 3.43%and 5.64%,respectively(P<0.05).The milk somatic cell count(SCC)in all supplementation groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);(3)The contents of serum IgG,IgA,IgM,complement C3,complement C4 and interleukin-2(IL-2)in the 30 mg/kg supplementation group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with soy isoflavones can significantly improve the production performance,milk quality and immune function of dairy cows in early lactation.Under the experimental conditions,the optimal supplemental level is recommended to be 30 mg/kg,which provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the standardized application of soy isoflavones in large-scale dairy farming.
