文章旨在探究叠层笼养模式下不同饲养密度对宁都黄鸡生长性能、体尺发育及血清抗氧化、应激血液指标的影响,试验选取 58 日龄健康、体重均匀的宁都黄鸡,设置 4 个笼养密度处理组:L8(8 只/笼)、L9(9 只/笼)、L10(10 只/笼)、L11(11 只/笼),统一环境、日粮与饲养管理,试验为期 58~120 d.每 7 天测定体重、胫长、胫围,试验末期采集血液检测总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、皮质酮(CORT)、肌酸激酶(CK).结果显示:仅 99~106 日龄 L9 组平均日增重显著高于 L8、L11 组(P<0.05),全周期总日增重各组无显著差异;各日龄胫长、胫围组间差异不显著(P>0.05),120 日龄 L9 组和 L10 组体斜长显著大于 L11组(P<0.05);L9 组的龙骨长显著大于 L11 组(P<0.05);高密度 L11 组血清 T-AOC、SOD 活性显著高于低密度 L8组(P<0.05),MDA、GSH-PX、CORT、CK无组间显著差异.结果表明,9只/笼为该试验条件下最优叠层笼养密度;8~11只/笼区间不会显著抑制宁都黄鸡的骨骼发育,高密度仅诱导机体抗氧化代偿,未产生明显慢性应激损伤.

To investigate the effects of different stocking densities under a layered cage-rearing system on the growth performance,body size development,and serum antioxidant capacity as well as stress-related blood parameters in Ningdu Yellow chickens,this study enrolled 58-day-old healthy,uniformly weighted Ningdu Yellow chickens and established four cage-density treatment groups:L8(8 birds/cage),L9(9 birds/cage),L10(10 birds/cage),and L11(11 birds/cage).All groups received identical environmental conditions,feed formulations,and management practices,with a trial duration of 58~120 days.Body weight,tibia length,and tibia circumference were measured every 7 days,while blood samples were collected at the end of the trial to measure total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),corticosterone(CORT),and creatine kinase(CK).Results showed that only during the 99-106-day age range did group L9 exhibit significantly higher average daily weight gain than groups L8 and L11(P<0.05);no significant differences were observed in total daily weight gain across all age groups.No significant intergroup differences were found in tibia length or circumference at any age(P>0.05).At 120 days of age,groups L9 and L10 demonstrated significantly greater body oblique length than group L11(P<0.05),while group L9 exhibited significantly longer keel length than group L11(P<0.05).High-density group L11 showed significantly higher serum T-AOC and SOD activity compared to low-density group L8(P<0.05),whereas no significant intergroup differences were observed for MDA,GSH-PX,corticosterone,or CK levels.The results demonstrated that a density of 9 birds per cage was optimal for layered cage housing under these experimental conditions;the range of 8-11 birds per cage did not significantly inhibit skeletal development in Ningdu Yellow chickens,while high density merely induced antioxidant compensatory responses without causing significant chronic stress-related damage.
