丁酸梭菌对郏县红牛犊牛生长性能、腹泻率、血清免疫和抗氧化指标、粪便短链脂肪酸浓度的影响OA
Effects of Clostridium butyricum on growth performance,diarrhea rate,serum immune and antioxidant indices,and fecal short-chain fatty acid concentrations in Jiaxian Red Cattle Calves
文章旨在探究日粮中添加丁酸梭菌对郏县红牛犊牛生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化能力及粪便短链脂肪酸组成的影响,为丁酸梭菌在郏县红牛犊牛健康养殖中的科学应用提供理论参考.试验将 48 头 1 日龄、体重相近[(40.56±2.23)kg]的健康郏县红牛犊牛随机分为 4 组,每组 3 个重复,每个重复 4 头(公母各半).对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组日粮分别为基础日粮+1 g/(头·d)、3 g/(头·d)和 5 g/(头·d)丁酸梭菌.试验为期 60 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组腹泻率分别显著降低 37.96%、44.75%、41.67%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组免疫球蛋白 M(IgM)含量分别显著提高 5.76%、8.56%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著提高 12.24%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量分别显著降低 16.14%、11.43%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组丙二醛(MDA)含量分别显著降低 8.33%、16.03%(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)含量显著提高 9.95%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组粪便丙酸分别显著提高 20.78%、26.54%(P<0.05),粪便丁酸分别显著提高 16.79%、21.37%(P<0.05).综上所述,日粮添加丁酸梭菌可增强郏县红牛犊牛免疫机能和抗氧化功能,调节肠道短链脂肪酸生成,降低腹泻率.本试验条件下以添加量为 3 g/(头·d)丁酸梭菌效果最佳.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary Clostridium butyricum supplementation on the growth performance,immune function,antioxidant capacity,and fecal short-chain fatty acid(SCFA)profile of Jiaxian Red cattle calves,providing a theoretical reference for its scientific application in the healthy breeding of this breed.A total of 48 healthy Jiaxian Red cattle calves[(1-day-old,(40.56±2.23)kg,equal number of males and females]were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates per group and 4 calves per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the diets of GroupsⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were supplemented with 1,3,and 5 g/(head·d)of C.butyricum,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the diarrhea incidence in trial groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ was significantly reduced by 37.96%,44.75%,and 41.67%,respectively(P<0.05).Serum IgM levels in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ were significantly increased by 5.76%and 8.56%(P<0.05),respectively.The IL-2 content in group Ⅱ was significantly elevated by 12.24%(P<0.05).TNF-α concentrations in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly decreased by 16.14%and 11.43%(P<0.05),respectively.MDA levels in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly lowered by 8.33%and 16.03%(P<0.05),while T-AOC activity in group Ⅲ was significantly enhanced by 9.95%(P<0.05).Fecal propionic acid in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased significantly by 20.78%and 26.54%(P<0.05),and fecal butyric acid rose markedly by 16.79%and 21.37%(P<0.05),respectively.In conclusion,the addition of Clostridium butyricum to the diet enhances the immune function and antioxidant capacity of Jiaxian Red cattle calves,regulates the production of short-chain fatty acids in the intestines,and reduces the diarrhea rate.Under the experimental conditions,an addition level of 3 g per head per day demonstrated optimal efficacy.
