长江口盐沼潮沟水生动物群落动态及优势种生态位特征OA
Dynamics of aquatic animal communities and niche characteristics of dominant species in salt marsh tidal creeks of the Yangtze Estuary
潮沟是河口盐沼湿地水生动物迁移、索饵和育幼的重要生境.为阐明河口盐沼潮沟水生动物群落的全年时空动态规律与维持机制,本研究于 2024年 5月至2025年 4月,对长江口崇明东滩盐沼潮沟进行连续 12个月、日夜潮与涨落潮的同步调查采样,系统分析物种组成、优势种演替、多样性指数、群落结构差异及生态位宽度与重叠度特征.结果表明:(1)全年共采集到水生动物 71033尾,总生物量51.81 kg,隶属于13目29科82种,其中鱼类68种、甲壳类14种;8月物种数最高(41种),2月最低(10种).(2)以相对重要性指数 IRI>100确定优势种 11种,脊尾白虾(Exop-alaemon carinicauda)全年占绝对优势,为广生态位核心种;斑尾刺虾虎鱼(Acantho-gobius ommaturus)、脊尾白虾和中华绒螯蟹(Eriotunus sinensis)在 12个月份中均有出现.(3)潮沟水生动物群落结构在全年不同月份之间存在显著差异,其中 4-5月由于大量仔稚鱼等幼体的存在与其他月份差异最为显著,物种多样性也呈现出夏秋季高、冬季低的差异特征;(4)群落结构的日潮和夜潮的差异整体较弱,仅在 11月表现出差异显著,多数月份夜间物种数、丰度略高于白天.(5)优势种生态位分化明显,广生态位种 3种、中生态位种 6种、窄生态位种 2 种;种间重叠整体偏低,仅少数物种存在显著资源竞争.研究表明,长江口崇明东滩盐沼潮沟水生动物群落月度变化显著、日夜差异较弱,其动态与水温、盐度等环境季节波动、物种繁殖补充以及生态位分化密切相关.研究结果为长江口湿地生态系统保护、渔业资源修复及生物多样性维持提供科学依据与数据支撑.
Tidal creeks serve as crucial habitats for the migration,foraging,and nursery functions of aquatic animals in estuarine salt marsh wetlands.To clarify the annual spatiotemporal dynamics and maintenance mechanisms of aquatic animal communities in estuarine salt-marsh tidal creeks,this study conducted synchronized sampling over 12 consecutive months(from May 2024 to April 2025)in the tidal creeks of the Chongming Dongtan salt marsh,Yangtze Estuary,covering both day and night tides as well as flood and ebb phases.We systematically analyzed species composition,succession of dominant species,diversity indices,community structure differences,and characteristics of niche breadth and niche overlap. The results indicated that:(1)A total of 71033 aquatic individuals were collected annually,with a total biomass of 51.81 kg,belonging to 82 species from 29 families and 13 orders,including 68 fish species and 14 crustacean species.Species richness peaked in August(41 species)and was lowest in February(10 species).(2)Based on the index of relative importance(IRI>100),11 dominant species were identified.The ridgetail white prawn(Exopalaemon carinicauda)was the overwhelmingly dominant species throughout the year and acted as a core species with broad niche breadth.Acanthogobius ommaturus,E.carinicauda,and Eriocheir sinensis occurred in all 12 months.(3)The aquatic animal community structure in the tidal creeks exhibited significant monthly variation over the year.Differences were most pronounced in April-May,primarily due to the substantial abundance of larvae,juveniles,and young-of-the-year fish.Species diversity showed a distinct seasonal pattern,being higher in summer and autumn and lower in winter.(4)Overall,differences in community structure between day and night tides were weak,with significant differences detected only in November.In most months,species richness and abundance at night were slightly higher than during the day.(5)Ecological niche differentiation among dominant species was evident:Three species were classified as broad-niche species,six as intermediate-niche species,and two as narrow-niche species.Interspecific niche overlap was generally low,and significant resource competition was observed only among a few species. These findings demonstrate that the aquatic animal community in the tidal creeks of the Chongming Dongtan salt marsh,Yangtze Estuary,displays significant monthly variation but relatively weak diel differences.Its dynamics are closely associated with seasonal fluctuations in environmental factors(e.g.,water temperature and salinity),species reproduction and recruitment,and ecological niche differentiation.This study provides a scientific basis and data support for wetland ecosystem conservation,fishery resource restoration,and biodiversity maintenance in the Yangtze Estuary.
