为明确东海带鱼国家级水产种质资源保护区春季游泳动物群落共存格局的年际动态及其对气候变化的响应,基于 2015-2024年春季底拖网渔业资源调查数据,结合海洋尼诺指数(ONI)与太平洋十年涛动指数(PDO),采用 FE 零模型(C-score 与 V-ratio的标准化效应值,SES)分析群落整体共存格局,并进一步识别显著物种对、重要物种对和关键关联物种.结果表明,研究期内春季游泳动物群落整体呈现一定的非随机结构,但共存格局存在明显年际波动,表现为随机、聚集与分离格局的交替出现.其中,2018年和 2022年聚集特征较为突出,2016年和 2021年则表现出较强分离信号.物种对层面仅少数年份识别出显著物种对,共识别出 26对,其中 2021年显著物种对数量最高,识别出 16对.其中进一步识别出 4种年度高贡献关联物种,涉及凤鲚(Coilia mystus)、棘头梅童鱼(Collichthys lucidus)、红狼牙虾虎鱼(Odontam-blyopus rubicundus)和细条天竺鲷(Apogon lineatus)等.跨年尺度上未识别出稳定显著物种对,表明高贡献物种组合具有较强的年际替换特征.气候相关分析显示,ONI、PDO 及其滞后项与群落整体共存格局之间的关系总体较弱,仅 V-ratio-SES 与前1年 ONI 指数呈显著负相关(P<0.05),说明前一年 ONI升高时群落整体聚集性减弱或向分离方向偏移.研究结果表明,带鱼保护区春季游泳动物群落共存格局是整体非随机结构、特定年份高贡献物种对和有限气候信号共同作用的结果,可为保护区群落动态监测与适应性管理提供参考.

To elucidate the interannual dynamics of co-occurrence patterns in the spring nekton community of the Hairtail National Aquatic Germplasm Reserve in the East China Sea and to assess their responses to climatic variability,we analyzed data from spring bottom-trawl surveys conducted from 2015 to 2024.This analysis incorporated the Oceanic Niño Index(ONI)and the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO).The overall community co-occurrence pattern was characterized using an FE null model based on the standardized effect sizes(SES)of C-score and V-ratio.Subsequently,significant species pairs,key influential species pairs,and key associated species were identified.The results indicated that the spring nekton community exhibited an overall non-random structure throughout the study period.However,the co-occurrence pattern displayed marked interannual variability,with random,aggregated,and segregated patterns alternating across years.Aggregation was more prominent in 2018 and 2022,while stronger segregation signals were observed in 2016 and 2021.At the species-pair level,significant species pairs were identified in only a few years,totaling 26 significant pairs across the entire period.The year 2021 had the highest count,with 16 significant pairs.Based on this,four key associated species contributing significantly in specific years were further identified:Coilia mystus,Collichthys lucidus,Odontamblyopus rubicundus,and Apogon lineatus.No stable significant species pairs were detected across all years,indicating substantial interannual turnover in the high-contribution species combinations.The analyses exploring climate relationships revealed generally weak correlations between ONI,PDO(including their lagged terms),and the overall community co-occurrence pattern.Notably,V-ratio-SES exhibited a significant negative correlation with the ONI lagged by one year(p=0.037).This suggests that higher ONI values in the preceding year were associated with weaker community aggregation or a shift towards a more segregated structure.These findings indicate that the spring nekton co-occurrence pattern in the reserve results from the combined effects of an overall non-random community structure,high-contribution species pairs in specific years,and limited climate signals,and may provide a scientific reference for community dynamics monitoring and adaptive management in the reserve.
