本文系统梳理甘肃甘南、甘肃肃南、青海三大核心产区的牦牛繁育现状,从种质选育、配种管控、营养供给、繁殖技术推广、分子遗传五个维度剖析当前牦牛繁育的制约因素,构建保种区本品种选育、农牧交错区定向杂交、精准发情配种、现代化胚胎辅助繁育的四级技术体系,优化适配高寒环境的繁育配套饲养、防疫、草场管护方案,有针对性地提出良种互通、技术下沉、分子育种赋能、草畜联动的长效发展对策,旨在完善高寒牧区差异化牦牛繁育技术体系,破解牧区自繁自育、近亲繁殖的痛点,提升牦牛繁殖效能与良种供给能力,助力高原牦牛产业向生态化、标准化、高质化方向发展.

This paper systematically reviewed the current status of yak breeding in three core production areas—Gannan and Sunan in Gansu Province,and Qinghai Province.It analyzed the constraining factors in yak breeding from five dimensions:germplasm selection and breeding,mating management,nutritional supply,promotion of reproductive technologies,and molecular genetics.A four-tier technical system is constructed,comprising breed selection within conservation areas,directional crossbreeding in agro-pastoral transitional zones,precision estrus mating,and modern embryo-assisted reproduction.Additionally,supporting management schemes for breeding,disease prevention,and grassland stewardship optimized for alpine environments were proposed.Targeted long-term development countermeasures were put forward,including improved germplasm exchange,technology dissemination to grassroots levels,molecular breeding empowerment,and forage-livestock integration.The aim was to refine a differentiated yak breeding technology system for alpine pastoral areas,address the pain points of self-breeding and inbreeding depression in pastoral regions,enhance yak reproductive efficiency and the supply capacity of improved breeds,and promote the development of the plateau yak industry toward ecological sustainability,standardization,and high quality.
