蓝莓高效采收作业装备研究进展及展望OA
Advancements and future directions in the development of equipment for efficient blueberry harvesting
实现蓝莓的机械化采收是蓝莓产业实现蓝莓规模化生产、行业价值提升的重要一环.我国蓝莓仍然以人工采摘为主,没有合适作业机具可用.但近几年我国蓝莓产业不断扩大,传统的人工采收早已无法满足生产的需要,开发适用于我国农艺需求的蓝莓采收机械对于推进蓝莓产业的发展具有重要意义.综述振动式、气力式以及智能机器人等不同采摘方式的蓝莓采收机械的工作原理及其优缺点,梳理国内外蓝莓采收机械的研发与应用现状,分析蓝莓采收机械现阶段存在的采收效率低、采收不彻底、采收伤果率高、对果树伤害大、设备自动化程度低以及农艺与机具不匹配等主要问题,展望未来蓝莓采收设备精准识别无损采摘、自动化采收分拣、实现蓝莓机械化采收农机农艺融合等发展方向,以期为后续蓝莓采收机械的研究和设计提供思路.
Mechanized harvesting of blueberries is a crucial step for the blueberry industry to achieve large-scale production and enhance its value.In China,blueberries are still primarily harvested manually due to the lack of suitable machinery.However,with the continuous expansion of China's blueberry industry in recent years,traditional manual harvesting can no longer meet production demands.Developing blueberry harvesting machinery tailored to China's agronomic requirements is therefore of significant importance for advancing the industry.This paper reviews the working principles,advantages,and disadvantages of different types of blueberry harvesting machinery,such as vibrational,pneumatic,and intelligent robots.It analyzes the current research,development,and application status of blueberry harvesting machinery both domestically and internationally.Key existing problems are identified,including low harvesting efficiency,incomplete harvesting,high fruit damage rate,significant damage to fruit trees,low equipment automation levels,and the mismatch between agronomic practices and machinery.Future development directions for blueberry harvesting equipment are outlined,focusing on precise non-destructive identification and picking,automated harvesting and sorting,and the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy in mechanized blueberry harvesting.The aim is to provide insights for subsequent research and design of blueberry harvesting machinery.
