甘蔗机械收获除杂技术研究现状与前景展望OA
Research status and prospect of sugarcane mechanical harvesting impurity removal technology
近年来,我国甘蔗机械收获技术得到显著应用与发展,已逐步形成适宜我国的甘蔗机械收获模式,但甘蔗机械收获除杂技术发展缓慢,现有甘蔗除杂技术并未有效降低甘蔗机械收获含杂率,严重制约甘蔗产业全程机械化进程.在概述广西和云南两省区甘蔗机械化收获应用情况的基础上,分析国内甘蔗机械收获剥叶除杂技术、风选除杂技术和榨前预处理除杂技术的研究与发展现状.从剥叶元件寿命、除杂效率与能耗和除杂性能方面重点介绍甘蔗剥叶除杂、风选除杂和榨前预处理除杂技术存在剥叶元件易疲劳失效、收割速度及喂入速度与除杂速度不匹配导致设备空转、弯曲甘蔗通过性差、蔗兜杂质与蔗段难以有效筛分等问题,并提出选择适宜甘蔗收获机械、加快机具研发进程以及剥叶元件采用耐磨材料等建议.同时指出我国甘蔗机械收获除杂技术未来将向振动—风选组合式创新除杂技术、切割刀盘设计优化、除杂装置智能化自动参数调节和除杂动力趋于绿色环保的方向发展.
In recent years,China's sugarcane mechanical harvesting technology has been significantly applied and developed,and has gradually formed a sugarcane mechanical harvesting model suitable for China.However,the development of sugarcane mechanical harvesting impurity removal technology is slow,and the existing sugarcane impurity removal technology has not effectively reduced the impurity rate of sugarcane mechanical harvesting,which seriously restricts the whole mechanization process of sugarcane industry.On the basis of summarizing the application of sugarcane mechanized harvesting in Guangxi and Yunnan provinces,the research and development status of sugarcane mechanical harvesting,leaf stripping and impurity removal technology,air separation and impurity removal technology and pretreatment and impurity removal technology before pressing were analyzed.From the aspects of life,impurity removal efficiency,energy consumption and impurity removal performance of leaf stripping components,this paper mainly introduces the problems of sugarcane leaf stripping and impurity removal,air separation impurity removal and pretreatment impurity removal technology before pressing,such as easy fatigue failure of leaf stripping components,mismatch of harvesting speed and feeding speed with impurity removal speed,resulting in idle rotation of equipment,poor passing ability of curved sugarcane,and difficulty in effective screening of impurities in sugarcane pocket and sugarcane section.The measures and suggestions for selecting suitable sugarcane harvesting machinery,accelerating the development process of machinery and equipment,and adopting wear-resistant materials for leaf stripping components are put forward.At the same time,it is also pointed out that the impurity removal technology of sugarcane mechanical harvesting in China will develop in the direction of vibration-wind separation combined innovative impurity removal technology,optimization of cutting disc design,intelligent automatic parameter adjustment of impurity removal device and green environmental protection of impurity removal power in the future.
