基于剖茎—回转抽薹法的蒜薹采摘一体机设计OA

针对蒜薹采摘窗口期短、人工采摘效率低、劳动强度大及机械化水平低的问题,仿照人工抽薹过程设计一款基于剖茎—回转抽薹法的蒜薹采摘一体机.根据大蒜植株的物理特性及种植规律,对并列剖茎式截断装置、推压回转式抽薹装置和下沉式传送打捆装置的结构进行设计,实现将蒜苗植株假茎剖开并将蒜薹截断、拔出及运输和定量打捆的功能.根据回转抽薹装置的抽薹原理,搭建抽薹模拟试验台,开展不同夹取力和抽薹速度的抽薹试验研究,确定抽薹最优夹取力为12 N,抽薹速度为 5 mm/s.基于试验结果,根据抽薹速度、机器前进速度及滚筒线速度间的矢量合成关系,建立截断锥划茎长度与机器前进速度、截断装置电机转速的数学模型,根据模型可知截断锥划茎长度将随机器前进速度的增大或截断装置电机转速的减小而增加.研究可为蒜薹机械化采摘设备的设计与改进提供参考.

Aiming at the problems of short harvesting window,low efficiency and high labor intensity of manual picking,and low mechanization level of garlic bolt picking,a garlic bolt harvester based on the stem-splitting and rotary bolt-extraction method was designed by imitating the manual bolt-pulling process.According to the physical characteristics and planting patterns of garlic plants,the structures of the parallel stem-splitting truncated device,the pushing and rotating bolt-extraction device,and the sinking conveying and bundling device were designed.This can achieve the functions of splitting the pseudo stem of garlic seedlings,cutting and pulling out the garlic bolt,as well as transporting and quantitatively bundling.Based on the bolt-extraction principle of the rotary bolt-extraction device,a bolt-extraction simulation test bench was built to carry out bolt-extraction tests under different clamping forces and extraction speeds.It was determined that the optimal clamping force for bolt extraction is 12 N,and the extraction speed is 5 mm/s.Based on the experimental results,a mathematical model of the stem-cutting length of the cutting cone in relation to the machine's forward speed and the motor speed of the truncated device was established,considering the vector synthesis relationship among the bolting speed,the machine's forward speed,and the roller's linear speed.According to the model,it can be known that the stem-cutting length of the cutting cone will increase as the machine's forward speed increases or the motor speed of the truncated device decreases.This research can provide references for the design and improvement of garlic bolt mechanized harvesting equipment.
