低频幅三自由度振动筛及筛分性能仿真试验研究OA
Simulation experimental study of three degrees of freedom vibrating screen with low frequency amplitude and screening performance
针对传统振动筛易出现筛孔堵塞、筛分效率较低等问题,设计一种低频幅的三自由度振动筛.采用 EDEM 软件仿真振动筛分过程,喂入量 0.6 kg 时,振动筛二自由度振动的平均筛分效率是单自由度的 1.493 倍,三自由度的平均筛分效率分别是单自由度和二自由度的 2.250 倍和 1.507 倍,自由度的增大,筛分效率增加且在较大喂入量时其增加更为明显.进行多因素正交仿真试验,得出影响平均筛分效率的因素主次顺序,其中喂入量、X 轴方向频率、Y 轴方向频率、筛网倾角、Y 轴方向振幅为主要因素.建立平均筛分效率的模型方程,进行参数优化,对模型预测平均筛分效率最优结果进行仿真验证,仿真得平均筛分效率为 0.238 09 kg/s,与预测值接近,得出仿真条件下较优平均筛分效率的参数组合.
To address the common problems of screen hole clogging and low screening efficiency in traditional vibrating screens,a three-degrees-of-freedom vibrating screen with low-frequency amplitude was designed.The vibration screening process was simulated using EDEM software.When when the feeding amount was 0.6 kg,the average screening efficiency of the two-degrees-of-freedom vibrating screen was 1.493 times that of the single-degree-of-freedom screen,while the three-degrees-of-freedom screen achieved efficiencies 2.250 times and 1.507 times higher than those of the single-and two-degrees-of-freedom screens,respectively.As the number of degrees of freedom increased,the screening efficiency improved,with a more pronounced effect observed at higher feeding amounts.A multi-factor orthogonal simulation experiment was conducted to determine the relative importance of factors affecting average screening efficiency.The results indicated that feeding amount,X-axis frequency,Y-axis frequency,screen inclination angle,and Y-axis amplitude were the primary influencing factors.A predictive model equation for average screening efficiency was established,followed by parameter optimization.The optimized parameters were validated through simulation,yielding an average screening efficiency of 0.238 09 kg/s,which closely matched the predicted value.The optimal parameter combination for achieving higher screening efficiency under the given simulation conditions was also identified.
