The research progress of non-invasive brain stimulation techniques in the priming paradigm
预调控模式下非侵入性脑刺激技术(NIBS)是基于元可塑性机制的一种优化的神经调控方案,即在主要的NIBS干预前,预先应用另一种或相同形式的 NIBS,以改变神经元活动水平并调节突触可塑性,从而影响后续主要的 NIBS的效应.虽然该技术在临床应用中取得了一定成果,但其原理、机制和疗效仍存在不明确之处.本文旨在综述预调控模式下非侵入性脑刺激技术的研究进展,以期为拓展其临床应用提供参考依据.
The priming paradigm of non-invasive brain stimulation(NIBS)represents an optimized neuromodula-tory approach based on metaplasticity mechanisms.This paradigm involves the pre-application of a different or iden-tical NIBS intervention to modulate neuronal activity and synaptic plasticity,thereby enhancing the effects of the main NIBS intervention.Although this paradigm has shown promising clinical potential,its underlying principles,mechanisms,and therapeutic efficacy remain unclear.This review aims to summarize the current research on the priming paradigm of NIBS,providing a reference for expanding its clinical applications.
