本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术联合空气波压力疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复中的应用研究OA

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)com-bined with air wave pressure therapy on apoplectic hemiplegia(AH),as well as its influences on limb function,bal-ance function,etc.Methods:All 81 patients with AH were included and randomly grouped.The control group was given PNF,while the study group was given PNF combined with air wave pressure therapy.After 6 weeks of inter-vention,the limb function,balance function,exercise endurance,cerebral hemodynamics,and living ability were e-valuated.Results:After treatment,the scores in the limb Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),motor function status scale(MSS),and Berg balance scale(BBS)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the 6-minute walk distance test(6 MWT),middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity(MCA-Vm),basilar artery blood flow velocity(BA-Vm),anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity(ACA-Vm),and modified Barthel index(MBI)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the study group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 10-meter walk test(10 MWT)level in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of PNF and air wave pressure therapy for AH pa-tients has a prominent effect on the recovery of limb function.It can effectively improve the body's balance ability,limb function,and exercise endurance,obviously enhance the patient's self-care ability,and has a relatively ideal o-verall intervention effect.
