大扰动下电力系统频率最低点概率估计的解析方法初探OA
Preliminary Study on Analytical Method of Probability Estimation of the Frequency Nadir in Power System Under Large Disturbances
随着新能源容量占比的不断提升,电力系统在遭受大扰动后频率动态过程的不确定性显著增强,采用确定性分析方法已不能准确而全面地表征系统频率安全状态与演变态势,而时域仿真方法由于分析效率较低亦不能满足系统分析需求.为此,选择极值点分析的求解思路,以受扰后频率最低点为分析对象,提出概率估计解析方法.首先,采用数据驱动与模型解析等方式获取描述最低点影响因素不确定性的统计特征值,为概率估计提供输入;接着,以确定性频率最低点解析式为基础,开展多变量函数的概率密度函数(probability density function,PDF)变换:先利用中心极限定理获得到达最低点时间的 PDF,然后针对随机变量间相互独立和显式耦合两种情况,分别采用边缘化处理等维变量组的联合 PDF 和变量变换处理维度压缩后的解析式方式来获取最低点频差PDF;最后,对最低点频差与初始频率的PDF进行卷积,从而获得最低点频率值的 PDF.算例分析结果表明:对系统受扰后的频率动态过程有必要采用概率性分析;与蒙特卡洛方法相比,所提方法可在保证精度的同时显著提升分析效率,其中,不考虑变量间耦合关系的方法分析效率更高,适合在变量间相互独立情形下使用,而考虑耦合关系方法在存在变量间显性耦合情形下的分析精度更高.
With the increase of the proportion of new energy capacity,the uncertainty of the frequency dynamic process of the power system after large disturbance is obviously enhanced,the deterministic analysis method has been unable to accurately and comprehensively characterize the frequency safety state and evolution situation of the system,and the time-domain simulation method also can not meet the needs of system analysis because of its low analysis efficiency.For this reason,the solution idea of extreme point analysis is selected,taking the frequency nadir after disturbance as the analysis object,an analytical method for probability estimation is proposed:Firstly,the statistical eigenvalues describing the uncertainty of the influencing factors of the frequency nadir are obtained by data-driven and model analysis,which provide input for probability estimation;Then,the probability density function(PDF)transformation of multivariate function is carried out based on the deterministic frequency nadir analytical formula:The PDF of the time of frequency nadir is obtained by using the central limit theorem,then divided into independent and explicit coupling,using the way of marginalizing the joint PDF of equal-dimensional variable groups and the way of variable processing the analytical formula after dimensional compression,to obtain the frequency nadir deviation;And finally,the PDF of the frequency nadir value is obtained by convolution of the PDFs of the frequency nadir deviation and the initial frequency.The numerical results show that it is necessary to use probabilistic analysis for the frequency dynamics of the disturbed system under the present operating conditions,and the proposed method can significantly improve the analysis efficiency while ensuring the estimation accuracy compared with the Monte Carlo method,among them,the method without considering the coupling relationship between variables has higher analysis efficiency and is suitable for the case of independent variables,while the method considering coupling relationship has higher analysis accuracy in the case of explicit coupling between variables.
